We hire for team fit and potential first. We'd rather bring in someone who fits well with the team and has room to grow than someone who ticks every box on paper but isn't the right fit. That means some of our best hires weren't the most experienced or the most obviously qualified candidate at the time, they were the ones we believed would grow with us.
Send through your application, and a member of our team will review it personally. We read every application carefully, we know how much effort goes into putting one together.
If we think there's a good fit, we'll invite you in to meet the team. This is a conversation, not an interrogation. We want to hear about your experience and what you're looking for, and we'll be upfront with you about the role, the team, and what it's really like to work here. We'll get back to you within a week of your interview. Sometimes we'll ask you back for a second conversation, this isn't a red flag, it's usually just a chance for you to meet more of the team.
If it feels right on both sides, we'll make you an offer and talk through the details together, no surprises, no pressure.
We know a good hire is a two way match. If it's not quite right this time, we'll always try to give you honest, useful feedback.
